Every little while, your browser slows down with all the extensions and stuff installed, there is a program which can fix that issue, Speedyfox and its free too.
When you've downloaded it, and opened it, click Speedyfox /Add Custom Profile and add this folder path.
C:\Users\youusername\AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\User Data
then click Add and then Optimize. After a few seconds it'll do its thing and you'll be back to business.
